When added to the two weeks sales total of 986, 000 copies, puts them at approximately 1 003 415 copies.

嵐のベストアルバムが、発売からわずか13日目でミリオンを達成した。2009年で最高の初動売上（75.3万枚）を記録した嵐の2枚組ベストアルバム『All the BEST！ 1999-2009』（8月19日発売）が、8/31付のデイリー売上までの累積で100.4万枚を記録した。2009年発売のCDが100万枚を超えたのはこれが初めて。嵐としても、1999年11月のデビュー以来、シングル、アルバムを通じて初のミリオン作品となった。

Arashi's Sho Sakurai (27) is going to appear in a special election program titled "ZERO x Senyko 2009," airing on NTV on August 30. After Arashi finishes a 10th anniversary concert at the National Olympic Stadium, Sakurai will join the show's "Part 2," which starts at 12:15am. This is his second appearance on an election program, after the House of Councillors election in July 2007.

"ZERO x Senyko 2009" will have talento Shinsuke Shimada (53) and "NEWS ZERO" caster Nobutaka Murao (53) as its main emcees for the first half (starting at 9:00pm), but Sakurai will appear in the second half (starting at 12:15am), which comes after the general results are in. Representing the youth generations, Sakurai's duty will be to explain the election results in an easily understandable way.

The show is an election special based on Sakurai's "Ichimen" corner from "NEWS ZERO," which he is a regular on. He will analyze the election results and explain the data on-screen. "This is very important election for the 'future Japan.' I'll be an intermediary between the many viewers and politics... I certainly aim to become a navigator. And after the elections, even if by myself, I want the program to make the many youths understand and feel the 'future Japan,'" he said enthusiastically.

On election day, Sakurai is performing in concert with Arashi at the National Olympic Stadium starting at 5:30pm. After the show is over, he will rush to NTV in Shiodome. From the concert, Sakurai will be accompanied by his producer, who will prepare him for the TV program by updating him on the election news. In addition, reporters from the network's politics division are giving him lectures about topics such as the significance of this election, the fundamentals of the lower house elections, and the party manifestos. He will undergo 4 of these study sessions to properly prepare for the actual show.

Shinsuke Shimada commented, "I feel happy to witness this turning point of this era. More than being a caster, I plan to be like a 'passing-by commentator.'" Murao said, "There's a big difference between this election and previous ones. That's because this is an election that will decide the political administration. You can't help but pay attention."

At the end of this month Tegomassu will come, once again.
It will be fun, however I wished Arashi would come instead..
but I guess I have to be a bit happy right? (^__^;;)

At least Tegomassu can sing...hahaha

Then as we all know, or most people know it is Arashi's 10th year.
and I think we'll see a lot of the boys!
Great CD, many singles, concerts, dramas, movies, shows.. you name it!

It also mean that my wallet will be empty! (^__^;;)
I won't buy everything but I'm gonna support them as much as possible.
These are the guys who makes my day much brighter!
Why?
They always do weird and fun things!

Sakurai Sho has always been my fave! And even though he has a great education (KEIO boy!!)
he still can come up with the most stupid comments ever!!
Like "it taste like flour"
(Well Sho chan, bread is made of flour so why so surprised!?!)
He is also a news caster!! How many idols are that in this world?

Then I like Matsujun.. his DoS style and kindness!!
And he is great at cooking too, how may guys are that? (^__^;;)

I try to watch their various shows every week, my fave now are Arashi no shukudai kun and Himitsu no Arashichan!

This year they have so far released (almost released) 2 singles and 1 concert dvd, and some photobooks.
4 songs which I love.
Congrats to Riida who got an official solo song!!! (0^__^)0
Can I call the songs typical Arashi songs? I also have to add that I love Sho's rapping part in Believe!!

As for their 10th year it has started of great!
I'll just keepon waiting and see what is going to happen next!!


Arashi, Arashi.. for dream!

1. Boys over flowers is now over…

During the last ep. Kim Bum’s character So YiJeong was talking about Sweden, and that he was gonna go there for 4-5 yrs.
If it only was true, I would not mind him coming.. I promise I’d find the location just to see him…haha

During ep3. the school trip was to Scandinavia, and now... Sweden..!
All I can say.. COME COME COME!!

Junpyo lost his curls at the end...Hmm…fake curls unlike Matsujun who had a perm done ^^

And when Jandi fell into the pool I “cried a bit”, of all the scenes this was the best...
Dramatic, sad and..well.. great.. and not too much!! Sometimes it is easy to make it over dramatic.
I don’t really like Gu Hye Sun, she has been all over the place, shouting at the wrong time or well.. all the time ^^, being toooo plain and hasn’t shown any cuteness that I was looking for in her character etc.
Sorry all JanDi fans but... I prefer Inoue Mao for this part.

The girl, who played Yumi.. I didn’t like her at all… when she had her hair up and dress on at the pool, she looked a bit like a young Rainie Yang... ^^
I wished that 이민정 (Lee Min Jeong) 하재경 (Ha Jaekyeong) would have comeback or something or just see what happened to her…


OMG the children at 추가을(ChuGaEul)'s work were too cute. I.e. The girl who kept on asking questions if he was the guy who went to Sweden etc. ^^

Junhee noona became the President of Shinhwa, and Kang HeeSu (Junpyo's mum) retired and took care of Gu Bon Hyung (Junpyo’s father)

+ Ending scene, cute... But seriously what was up with Ji Hoo’s eyewear? He looked so old!!!!
And I missed 김소은 (Kim So Eun) 추가을 (Chu Gaeul) during the beach scene... I really wanted a happy ending for her and YiJeong, who came back from Sweden..



2. Arashi Around Asia 2008 – Korean version

I have never been so angry, I wanted the Korean version but NO news, so I ordered the Japanese one!!
Then the day after I found out on Kyobo (Korean site) that it will be released on April 8!! And the price is approximately 21USD (+ shipping).
Guess how angry I got... My head went *Gooooooooong*
Not much to do though... But well.. JP version cost 62USD so well.. as you can see the price differs quite much!!

So for all of you who haven’t bought the concert yet because of the high price.. check out the Korean version, it’s also up on yesasia but for 28 USD.
You won’t regret buying it.. it’s worth it!!

Regarding the concert -
Amazing, Great success, Wonderful... no words can describe how great this concert was!!
Of all concerts with Arashi this one is def. the best so far!
It was an amazing show, and I'm so sad I missed it live!! (_ _)

The concert was at the national Olympic stadium and over 70 000 fans x2 saw it.
The show/concert was filled with cheers and smiles.
They had fireworks, water fountain and not to mention 50 000 balloons!!!

It is the concert with most up-tempo songs, and it also featured songs from various singles, you can say some more unknown songs unless you have heard them all!
For me it was a happy surprise and also that they performed "old songs" such as: とまどいながら, イチオクノホシ and 明日に向かって吠えろ.

Also since I missed DAL concert I was really happy to hear: シリウス.
Re(Mark)able has to be one of the IT songs. it made me so pumped up! Also truth and 風の向こうへ was fun to see live, since they were new songs at that time.

You can really see that the members of Arashi have a great bond, greater than many other bands.
Ie. Riidas microphone didn't work and Matsujun just handed over his! (during 言葉より大切なもの)
Also, I loved Sho's part during 素晴らしき世界. And Nino playing the piano during his solo.
Matsujun showed a smexy and rocky part during his "Tell me what you wanna be"!!

What else... rain!! riida and Aibachan jumping into the pool, they used the stage as a water slide..
Them running around the arena~~
Riida saying it's cold after coming out of the pool however he still only had swimming shorts, flip flops and a towel...haha
Riida finally got the words right - Zekkouchou chou..(During the MC) we have been waiting for years haven’t we! but well it is supposed to be Chou Zekkouchou ^^
and their talk about Maou..haha.. Sho's family was stuck infront of the tv - and Sho asked his mum to make dinner for him and then the others made fun of Sho ^^, Riidas dad "cried a bit" because of Maou..haha, Riida telling that his walking was a bit off since he had been on a fishing boat for so many hours between shooting ^^ + The others wanted Riida to take them fishing when Maou was over and they joked about Sho never caught a fish before ^^

Besides from the concert we also got a small documentary from the tour and making Re(mark)able!

1. I LOVE タッキー & 翼 (Tackey & Tsubasa) new PV - 恋詩-コイウタ(Koiuta), 
Tackey is so gorgeous!!! I melt when I see him ^__^

2. V6 new song 蝶(Chou), Spanish sounds in it..and it's not a typical V6 kind of song.. however it's great :D and they sing it very well
Love the dance in their PV, and poor Ken-kun his leg has started to hurt.. he's getting old!? O__o
And it made me look at Nagano kun a bit more.. don't know why really but he looks really good in it!? ^__^

3. 木村拓哉(Kimura Takuya)... The more I see of him the more I like him..:D :D
Eventhough he belongs to the older generation in Johnny's he still looks good and is amazing in so many ways, I wish I could see more of him though..
He's the quiet one in SMAP.. I mean.. you don't see him as much as the others.. 
 
4. Poor 櫻井翔 (Sakurai Sho) obviously he has broken his thumb O_o
He fell of stage during rehearsal...
But it's said that he will be fine in 4 weeks from now, still since their tour is going on he can't dance as much as he should.. He can't dance for his solo :'( I've read that he had got specal help from Yara Tomoyuki to get a good dance for his solo and now he can't perform it!
It's said that he fell head first (if it's true or not..hmm?!), and hurt some other parts of his body and leg too.
